Refund Policy

We’re honored to support your growth through our offerings. Please review our refund guidelines below for memberships, courses, meditations, and digital resources.




Memberships

  • All membership payments are non-refundable once processed.

  • You may cancel your membership at any time; access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a month.

Visionary Tier – 12 Month Commitment

  • By choosing the 12-month commitment option, you agree to complete the full year. This special rate reflects a commitment to your growth, and refunds are not available for early cancellation.



Courses (Purchased Separately)

  • All course purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

  • Because courses are digital products with immediate access, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind or non-use.

  • If purchased with a payment plan, all scheduled payments must be completed in full. Access may be revoked if payments are missed or canceled.

  • Courses purchased individually are yours to keep for the lifetime of the course (as long as it is offered and hosted by us).

Membership + Course Access

  • If your membership includes course access (such as The Visionary Tier), access remains active while your membership is active. Canceling your membership will end that access.



Meditations & Digital Resources

  • Purchases of individual meditations, meditation bundles, or digital guides are final and non-refundable.

  • As these are digital products with instant access, refunds are not available for change of mind or non-use.

  • Meditations and digital downloads purchased separately are yours to keep for lifetime access (as long as they are offered and hosted by us).

  • Meditations included in membership (such as The Seer’s Vault) are accessible only while your membership is active.



Exceptions

  • In the rare event of duplicate charges or technical issues that prevent access, please contact us within 14 days, and we’ll resolve the matter.
